Tell Congress to Call for Hearings on Port Security Now

Six months ago, it was front page news that Dubai Ports World - a company run by the government of the United Arab Emirates - was taking over control of 18 U.S. ports. 

Why?  Because our government hired them to! 

When we finally heard about this deal to outsource our port security to a foreign government, Americans were outraged, and we demanded action.  

The Bush administration and leaders in Congress promised to fix the situation, and take responsibility for our own port security.  But six months have passed and they have not done enough to protect our ports.  This foreign company is still running our ports, and Congress has made no effort at all to take back control.
